2 tablespoons Italian-style salad dressing
500g large prawns, peeled and deveined with tails attached
1/4 cup honey
65g butter, melted
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 skewers/kebab stick ( You can get this in cake shops nearest to you too as bakers use it to hold cakes together)

Directions
Preparation: 30 min  Cook: 6min

In a large bowl mix together garlic powder, cayenne pepper, 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and salad dressing; add prawns and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat barbecue/oven for high heat. Thread prawns onto skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. Discard to marinade.

In a small bowl stir together honey , melted butter and remaining 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. Set aside for basting( i.e application while baking or  grilling)
Lightly oil grate. Barbecue prawns for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until opaque. Baste occasionally with the honey-butter sauce while turning the other side.
